Ordering Online

It's easy! All you have to do is click the product icons and and browse the sub category options. When you see something you like, click on the "Buy Now" button.  You will then see the features of the product, and where applicable you will need to select a size.  When you are ready to purchase simply click on "Add to Cart".  This puts the product in your Shopping Cart.

You then need to select whether you would like delivery or whether you want to arrange pickup from our store. (Please note that there are some items that are not able to be delivered, eg bikes where it is store policy that these must be sold assembled).  Where pickup from our store is required or requested we will contact you as soon as we receive your order to arrange pickup details.

You can keep an eye on your running total on the right hand side of the screen. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Bag by clicking on "click here to continue shopping" ; then, when you're finished, just click on "Proceed to Checkout", check your order details, fill in the required information, and in no time you'll be the happy recipient your products.

Order By Telephone

Don’t own a credit card? Still nervous about ordering online? Then simply place your order by phone! If you don’t want to order online, you can place your order by phone on (02) 6492 2383. Direct credit accepted. Payments The SportsPower online shop accepts Credit Card payment only.

Security

Shopping on the SportsPower Bega & Merimbula website should be as enjoyable and stress free as shopping in a store. Therefore, SportsPower Bega & Merimbula places enormous importance on ensuring your information is safe. Your credit card details are encrypted to ensure its’ safe transfer to us, and are removed from our system once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping

Products can be delivered throughout Australia. To meet our delivery system requirements we need to obtain both Postal (PO Box) and Street Addresses for delivery.  All items delivered via courier need to be delivered to a street address.  SportsPower Bega & Merimbula ship parcels via our preferred courier service provider(s). This ensures that your delivery arrives safely and the location of the parcel can always be tracked. Please note that a signature is required upon delivery unless we are notified otherwise.

Orders within Australia will be delivered in 4 - 7 working days from the time you are advised that your order is processed, unless you are notified otherwise (some remote locations may take up to 10 working days). During peak trading times (May, November & December), you may experience a slight delay, in which case your order will be delivered within 6–10 working days. Please contact us if your order does not arrive within 2 weeks (see Contact Details below).

Dangerous Goods

Please note that some of our products are classified as Dangerous Goods and therefore may not be able to be sent, depending on the particular product and the quantity. If this is the case with your order a Customer Service representative will contact you to arrange other options or to issue a refund if preferred.

Freight Charges

There is a freight charge with every order, depending on the product*. The freight charge will calculate automatically in our shopping cart, depending on the product prior to your order being finalised. This is unless of course, you wish to collect your product from us in which case there will be no freight charge. We endeavour to keep our freight costs as low as possible because we tend to subsidise freight in order to make our products more widely accessible.

*This excludes bikes which must be sold assembled, and therefore pickup arrangements need to be made between the customer and ourselves.  Other exclusions include Spa Baths and Kayaks which again need to be collected from our store. 

Location

We ship directly to you from us.

You are able to pickup from us for anything purchased online if you wish.  Simply select Pickup from Store in freight options if you wish to collect the item yourself.

How do we Ship?

We use Toll IPEC (or their affiliates) & Australia Post wherever possible, who deliver Monday to Friday during business hours. Please advise any special requests (eg. call before delivery) in your order.

Where’s my order?

Please contact us if your order has not been received within 10 working days.

Delivery usually takes 3-10 working days, however due to unusual circumstances (such as public holidays, carrier disputes, flooding, etc.) we cannot always achieve this. If there is a longer delay, we will notify you. A few tips ! Ensure someone is home to help couriers unload heavy items like treadmills. There is usually only 1 person - the driver.

Couriers will not (and cannot) carry heavy items up stairs or inside your house/unit. If you have many stairs, or the item needs to be moved around inside your house/complex, you will need to make your own arrangements for this. Couriers deliver to a ground-level door (this is not our policy, but the courier's!). Think about this in advance if the item is heavy, and line-up a helpful neighbour, or a local handy-man to help if you need to.

If no-one can be home to sign for delivery (eg. you're away at work Mon-Fri), please make alternative arrangements directly with the courier company, such as; ask a family member or friend to be there to accept delivery, get it delivered to a neighbour, who is home, then collect it from them after hours get delivery delayed until a day when you can be home, get it redirected to your work address or a friend’s work address provide a “permission to leave” – this is written permission for the courier to leave it in a safe location (eg. on the side veranda, or in the garage) without a signature.

Returns Policy We hope that you are very happy with everything you order from the SportsPower Bega & Sports Power Merimbula online. However, should any products be faulty, damaged we will happily refund or exchange these items for you. Details are outlined under the Warranty tab at the bottom of our website.
